Description

New (very) old stock. Fiberglass fishing rod with plastic handle and reel and a 50 yard spool of Supertwist casting line made of Dupont Nylon . This is about as basic as it gets while still being functional. We take for granted now that all these materials are standard, but 70 years ago this would have been the latest and greatest in materials science.
