Repair Lead Times A normal battery service can be completed in 1-3 business days. Lead time begins on the first full day we have your unit. Units Requiring Additional Repair Any work beyond replacing the internal battery is not included in the price of this listing. This listing only includes us replacing the internal battery. After replacing the internal battery, we fully test the units with a light and charger. If we determine that additional circuit level repair is required, we will send a message to you via the eBay messenger asking for permission before doing any additional work. Additional repair is a flat rate rate of $150 and it also comes with a 1Year Warranty. All customer units are logged in our system with their model and serial number. If these numbers do not match upon return, we cannot honor your warranty. If these markings are missing because of boards being swapped or someone attempting repair, we cannot honor your warranty.
